02 What we handle

Ignition, heat, and everything that stops it

Straight diagnostics. If a twenty-dollar part is the fix, we say so instead of quoting you a system.

01

No-Heat Diagnostic

Flame sensor, igniter, pressure switch, roll-out limit. We find why it locked out and show you the fault code on the board.

$119
02

Furnace Replacement

80% or 96% condensing, sized off a load calculation and your actual ductwork — not off the sticker on the old one.

From $4,900
03

Heat Exchanger Inspection

A cracked exchanger puts combustion gas in your supply air. Camera inspection and a CO reading, both in writing.

$149
04

Igniter, Sensor & Board Repair

Hot surface igniters, flame sensors, inducer motors and control boards. The common parts ride on the truck.

From $225
05

Gas Line & Venting

New runs, sediment traps, and B-vent or PVC terminations that meet clearance. Permit pulled and inspected.

From $475
06

Fall Tune-Up & Safety Check

Burner cleaning, combustion analysis, CO test and a fresh filter. Booked from September so the first freeze isn't a discovery.

$139

05 Why Flueworks

Combustion tested, not eyeballed

A furnace can run and still be wrong. Numbers are the only thing that says which.

01

Analyzer on every install

CO, stack temperature and temperature rise recorded and left inside the cabinet.

02

Load calculation first

Sized to the house and the duct you actually have. Oversized furnaces short-cycle and cost you.

03

Parts on the truck

Igniters, sensors, pressure switches and inducers. Most no-heat calls end on the first visit.

04

Booked before the freeze

Tune-ups start in September, because November is a bad month to find out.

06 Who's in your furnace room

Twelve winters, one trade.

Flueworks started in the fall of 2014 with a used van and a combustion analyzer. The analyzer cost more than the van, which tells you where the priorities were and still are.

We only do heat — furnaces, gas piping and venting, from the first no-heat call in October to the last one in March. Every install gets combustion-tested and the numbers stay taped inside the cabinet for whoever opens it next.

07 Get heat back

Tell us what it's doing

Blower running with no flame? Lighting, then shutting down after a minute? That one detail usually names the part before we're out of the driveway.
